BHARAT JODO NYAY YATRA DIARY

Day 19: February 1, 2024

Sujapur, Malda, witnessed the commencement of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ passing over the historic Farakka Barrage. After the lunch break in Raghunathganj in Piarapur, Jangipur, the Yatra proceeded from Lal Gola Netaji More, Murshidabad, towards Berhampore and later it moved towards Nabagram Kishor Sangh Ground for overnight rest.

Day 20: February 2, 2024

The Yatra resumed at 2 PM, advancing towards the border of Jharkhand. Shri Gandhi encountered workers engaged in the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA). These laborers expressed their concerns to Shri Gandhi. The Yatra reached Hiranpur, Pakur in Jharkhand, in the evening from Birbhum. Flag handover ceremony occurred, with the President of the West Bengal Congress handing over the national flag to the President of Jharkhand Congress, marking the official entry of the Yatra into Jharkhand.

Day 21: February 3, 2024

Yatra started from Sarkanda in Godda and proceeded to Dhanbad, passing through Godda, Dumka, and Deoghar. The Nyay Yatra moved towards Sakri. In Sakri, Shri Gandhi had discussions with Adivasi leaders and felicitated them. After the lunch break, the Nyay Yatra continued towards Deoghar, where Shri Gandhi performed puja-archana at Baba Baidyanath Dham. At Veer Kunwar Singh Chowk, Shri Gandhi addressed the people, the convoy headed towards Dhanbad. Arrangements for an overnight stay during the night halt of the Nyay Yatra were made in Halkata, Dhanbad.

Day 22: February 4, 2024

‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ commenced from GovindpurMor in Dhanbad. Shri Gandhi met with Harijan community who earned their livelihood by working privately in coal mines. For lunch, the Nyay Yatra made a stop at the ‘Zaika’ restaurant operated by Jharkhand Tourism. After the lunch break, the Yatra proceeded from JainaMor to Ramgarh. The Yatra stopped at Gola DVC Road for the evening break, where Shri Gandhi addressed the people before leaving. He invited the General Secretary of a trade union, Jharkhand Krantikari Mazdoor Union – Mr. DC Gohain, to speak about his difficulties in front of the people.

Day 23: February 5, 2024

A vibrant start was made from the sacred land of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, at Gandhi Chowk in Ramgarh, Jharkhand. The Nyay Yatra stopped at the Shaheed Sthal in ChutupaluGhati to pay tribute to Sheikh Bhikhari and TikaitUmarav Singh. Subsequently, at a local dhaba, Shri Gandhi interacted with representatives from the ‘LoktantraBachao’ Group and other organizations. The discussions delved into topics such as unemployment, communal violence, and the declining state of democracy in the country. Shri Gandhi visited the residence of former Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Shri Hemant Soren, meeting his wife, Smt. Kalpana Murmu Soren. After that, Shri Gandhi went to Shaheed Maidan, Ranchi, where a MahaJansabha was announced, he vehemently opposed the central government’s privatization of government companies. Later the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ proceeded towards Kutchery Ground for overnight rest.

Day 24: February 6, 2024

Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi began the day by offering floral tributes at the statue of Bhagwan Birsa Munda in Khunti. During this visit, Shri Rahul Gandhi met with members of the fourth generation of Birsa Munda’s family, honoring them. Members of the Pathalgadi movement in Khunti also had a meeting with Rahul Gandhi ji. Shri Rahul Gandhi also made a stop in a small tribal village, where he interacted with the residents. Upon reaching Gumla’s bus stand, Rahul Gandhi addressed the waiting crowd. He highlighted the need to amend the PESA and land acquisition laws to protect tribal rights. The Yatra continued, and after a brief afternoon break, Shri Rahul Gandhi addressed the press in Basiya, Gumla, along with Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh. Following a lunch break, the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ resumed from Simdega, heading towards the Jharkhand-Odisha border. The day concluded with a halt in Birmitrapur on the Jharkhand-Odisha border for an evening break and the national flag handover ceremony.

Day 25: February 7, 2024

Yatra commenced with a visit to Vedavyas Dham in the Sundargarh district of Western Odisha. After worshiping, the Yatra continued and Rahul Gandhi’s roadshow took place from Uditnagar to Panposh Chowk. He addressed the people of Rourkela; the Yatra paused at Birsa Munda Ground, Ranibandh, for lunch. After the afternoon break, the Yatra headed towards Jharsuguda. After this address, ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ headed towards Jharsuguda for an overnight halt.

Day 26: February 8, 2024

Yatra commenced from the old bus stand in Jharsuguda. At the Kisan Chowk, the people there warmly welcomed the Yatra. In the afternoon, there was a break at Madhuban Dhaba in Govindpuri. After the break, the Yatra proceeded towards the Odisha-Chhattisgarh border. The Yatra concluded with the flag exchange ceremony at Rengalpali on the Odisha-Chhattisgarh border. Now, there is a two-day break in the Yatra. On February 11, the Yatra will resume with a padyatra at Gandhi Pratima Chowk in the Raigarh district.

Following a two-day break, the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ rekindled its momentum with a surge of energy from Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. Sachin Pilot, leader of the Congress Youth Brigade, joined Shri Gandhi in supporting the cause on this leg of the Yatra. Foregoing a lunch break, Shri Gandhi and the entire Nyay Yatra team carried out a belated morning session. The roadshow continued from Rajapara Chowk to Agrasen Chowk, reaching Sakti. Following this, the Yatra proceeded towards Korba for a night’s rest.

Day 30: February 12, 2024

The 30th day of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ kicked off from Korba in Chhattisgarh, initiated from the city of Korba, known for its NTPC power plant. In Korba City, Rahul Gandhi concluded his roadshow, addressing thousands of supporters. In the afternoon, Rahul Gandhi interacted with the people from the Weavers community. This meeting took place at the Silk Production Center in Korba city. The arrangements for overnight rest during the Yatra were made in the Shivnagar Gram Panchayat of Chhattisgarh.

Day 31: February 13, 2024

The 31st day of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ commenced from Surguja, located in Udaipur, Chhattisgarh. The Yatra reached the Jan Sunwai (public hearing) at the Ambikapur Farmer’s Market. The farmers unanimously demanded the immediate implementation of the formula provided by the Swaminathan Commission on MSP. A unique feature of today’s Yatra was the commencement of the NyayVirangana Yatra. The Yatra halted at the Narayani Complex in Ambikapur for the afternoon break. After the lunch break, Congress President Shri Mallikarjun Kharge and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addressed a massive public gathering. Nyay Yatra caravan proceeded towards Rajpur.

The 33rd day of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ began in Aurangabad, Bihar. The Nyay Yatra headed towards Rohtas, where arrangements for a night stay were made.

Day 34: February 16, 2024

The Yatra started from the Congress office in the historic city of Sasaram in Bihar, headed towards Rohtas district, the political home of Shri Babu Jagjivan Ram. In Rohtas, a grand farmers’ nyay panchayat was organized. Following this, the yatra proceeded to Mohania, Kaimur, where arrangements for an afternoon break were made. After the afternoon break, Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi addressed the public and strongly criticized the central government. From here, the yatra moved towards the Bihar-Uttar Pradesh border. In Chandauli district, the Pradesh Congress Presidents of both states completed the flag handover process.

Day 35: February 17, 2024

The ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ entered the holy city of Kashi (Varanasi). Shri Rahul Gandhi conducted a puja at Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Jairam Ramesh, Congress General Secretary, addressed the media, both through his X (Formerly Twitter) account and during an interaction with journalists in Kurona. Following the lunch break, the yatra was set to continue from JansaChauraha in Varanasi towards Bhadohi. However, due to an emergency, Shri Rahul Gandhi had to leave immediately for Wayanad, his constituency in Kerala, prioritizing his duties towards the people there, and joined back in yatra at Prayagraj on February 18th afternoon.

Day 36: February 18, 2024

Shri Rahul Gandhi joined today’s yatra from Prayagraj, he started his roadshow from Anand Bhavan, which proceeded from Manmohan Park, passing through NataramChauraha and reaching Laxmi Chauraha. At Laxmi Chauraha, Shri Rahul Gandhi addressed thousands of supporters and students. the convoy of the Nyay Yatra departed from Varanasi towards Allahabad, The Nyay Yatra will stay in Prayagraj tonight.

Day 37: February 19, 2024

Yatra commenced from Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh. Starting from BhagwanChungiChauraha, the yatra went to Lalgunj Chowk. In Lalgunj, Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi addressed a public gathering. The yatra came to a routine halt at Gandhi Inter College Sangipur in Pratapgarh for the midday break, the Nyay Yatra from Pratapgarh headed towards Amethi from the police line. The Yatra continued towards Tendua, Amethi.

Day 38: February 20, 2024

The Yatra commenced at 2 p.m. from Fursatganj in the Amethi district, heading towards Raebareli and Lucknow. Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi appeared before the District Civil Court in Sultanpur, which had issued a summons to him 36 hours earlier to appear before it on a defamation case filed by a BJP leader in August 2018. The court granted bail to Shri Gandhi, after which he proceeded with the yatra from Amethi to Lucknow. The Nyay Yatra continued, upon reaching Raebareli, a large number of people were waiting in anticipation of Shri Gandhi. The yatra from Raebareli towards Lucknow commenced. In Lucknow, a grand welcome awaited Shri Gandhi and the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’. After this address, the yatra continued towards Banthra Thana.

Day 39: February 21, 2024

Yatra commenced today from Unnao. Shri Rahul Gandhi met with the victims of the UP Teacher Recruitment Scam on the way to Kanpur. In protest, these teachers have been demonstrating in Lucknow’s Eco Park for more than 600 days. The 39th day of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ concluded in Kanpur at 2 p.m. Following this, there will be a break in the journey on February 22 and 23. The Yatra will resume from Muradabad on the morning of February 24.

The 42nd day of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ unfolded today. After a two-day break, the yatra resumed from Muradabad in Uttar Pradesh. The yatra commenced from Jama Masjid Chowraha in the morning, marching towards Sambhal. Shri Rahul Gandhi and Smt. Priyanka Gandhi held a roadshow and addressed the gathering. The yatra proceeded to Amroha. Shri Rahul Gandhi paid respects to Sant Ravidas on the occasion of Sant Ravidas Jayanti. The yatra symbolically began with the tribute to Sant Ravidas at his statue. It concluded at Mahatma Gandhi’s statue, reflecting the rich historical legacy that inspires ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’. The afternoon break took place at the Polytechnic College. After the lunch break, the yatra continued towards Bulandshahr, where a welcoming ceremony awaited at ChandousiChowraha. The day ended at PindrawalDoraha in Bulandshahar.

Day 43: March 2, 2024

The Yatra kicked off from Aligarh in alignment with its predetermined itinerary. The procession commenced from Jamalpur in Aligarh and advanced towards AMU Gate ChungiChauraha. At Shamshad Bazaar Chowk in Aligarh, Rahul ji and Priyanka ji addressed the crowd, renewing their robust critique of the central and state BJP government. A notable development during the Aligarh Yatra was the participation of Lok Dal members. The Yatra took a break for lunch in Saidaabad, and afterwards, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav joined the procession. Upon arriving in Agra, the Nyay Yatra garnered immense public support, marked by a warm reception from a spirited crowd. Shri Akhilesh Yadav strongly criticized both the central and state BJP governments. He expressed hope for the upcoming time, anticipating the BJP’s defeat in Delhi. Discussing the ongoing farmers’ protest at the Delhi border, Shri Rahul Gandhi assured that the INDIA Alliance government would swiftly provide legal MSP to farmers. The night’s rest arrangements were made at Dholpur. After a brief hiatus, the Yatra will recommence from Madhya Pradesh on March 02.

Day 49: March 03, 2024

After a five-day break, the Yatra commenced from Dholpur, Rajasthan, to Morena, Madhya Pradesh. Thousands joined the Yatra. After the flag handover ceremony, Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi addressed the public gathering. Shri Rahul Gandhi talked about the five principles of the Nyay Yatra and said, ‘Various injustices are happening in the country. The biggest is ArthikAnyay. He also raised awareness about caste-based census. He reiterated the Congress Party’s commitment to the benefits of the poor, saying, ‘The purpose of our Nyay Yatra is precisely this – we want to end this injustice and ensure that the poor get their rights. After this, the yatra proceeded towards Gwalior from Morena. Upon reaching Gwalior, Shri Rahul Gandhi conducted a roadshow. After the roadshow, he addressed the gathered crowd of thousands.

Day 50: March 03, 2024

The Yatra started on time from Gwalior in the morning. Shri Rahul Gandhi first met some youth preparing for Agniveer. After the meeting with Agniveer youth, the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ convoy headed towards Mohna, Shivpuri. Thousands of people were walking with Rahul Gandhi Ji in this roadshow from Gwalior. Talking about the farmers’ protest, Shri Rahul Gandhi said, ‘Spears are planted on the borders of Haryana and Punjab. But what are the farmers demanding? The farmers are only demanding a fair price for their crops. Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi, a companion of the Nyay Yatra, was scheduled to go to Patna today to participate in the Jan Vishwas Maharally organized by the INDIA Alliance. Due to this, the Congress leadership took the decision to halt the Yatra.

Day 51: March 04, 2024

The 51st day of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ commenced with a resounding roadshow led by Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. The air was filled with chants of ‘Rahul Gandhi Zindabad.’ Shri Rahul Gandhi addressed the enthusiastic audience post-roadshow, shedding light on the Congress Party’s PaanchNyay principles. Proposing a solution to the country’s predicaments, Rahul Gandhi advocated for a caste census. Following this address in Biaora, Shri Rahul Gandhi convened a meeting with the local farmers. Engaging in discussions on Khat Par Charcha, the farmers candidly shared their challenges with the Congress leader. Moved by the farmers’ struggles, Shri Rahul Gandhi pledged comprehensive assistance. Following this address, the yatra continued towards Guna. After a lunch break in Raghogarh, the yatra recommenced. Shri Rahul Gandhi addressed the public once more, underscoring how Modi waived off Rs. 16 lakh crore debt for industrialists while it cost only Rs. 65,000 crore to run the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) for a year.

Day 52: March 05, 2024

Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi will be visiting the historic Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain. The morning Yatra commenced from Sarangpur and proceeded towards Shajapur. As is the routine, Shri Rahul Gandhi continued the journey amidst crowds consisting of thousands of common citizens. Upon reaching Shajapur, the address to the public began. After this address, the yatra continued. A welcome ceremony was organized for the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ and Shri Rahul Gandhi in Nainawad. Shri Rahul Gandhi visited the renowned Mahakal Temple in Ujjain to seek blessings and offer prayers. Here, too, BJP supporters attempted to unsettle Shri Rahul Gandhi with chants of ‘Modi-Modi.’ However, they overlooked the fact that Rahul Gandhi is not one to be intimidated.

Day 53: March 06, 2024

The day started with a public rally in Badnawar, addressed by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Party leader Shri Rahul Gandhi.

After the welcoming speeches from Congress leaders on the stage, Mallikarjun Kharge addressed the gathering. In his familiar style, he launched an attack on the BJP, beginning with a strong criticism of Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Kharge Ji then criticized a BJP leader in Madhya Pradesh for urinating on an Adivasi youth. Kharge Ji continued to criticize the Prime Minister, stating, ‘In Modi’s era, everything has become an event. The government should fight for the poor, not just showcase. Shri Rahul Gandhi criticized the policies of the BJP government and mentioned the caste-based census. Following this address, the Nyay Yatra embarked on its yatra to Ratlam, India. In Ratlam, Shri Rahul Gandhi led a vibrant roadshow where a multitude of people marched alongside the Nyay Yatra. The streets buzzed with anticipation as everyone sought a glimpse of the Congress leader, eager to hear his words. The yatra will enter Rajasthan tomorrow morning, and by afternoon, it will enter Gujarat.

Day 54: March 07, 2024

It commenced from Ratlam in Madhya Pradesh towards Banswara in Rajasthan. In Banswara, an anticipated event awaited the crowd: a public address by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi. Upon arrival, the Madhya Pradesh Congress President officially marked the entry into Rajasthan by handing over the national flag to the Rajasthan Congress President, followed by the formal announcement of the Yatra’s presence in the state. The Congress President, in his address, shed light on the injustices suffered by Dalits, backward classes, and tribals during the BJP’s reign. Addressing the absence of recognition for Adivasi leaders during the Ram temple’s inauguration, he questioned President Murmu’s exclusion from such a significant event. He criticized the BJP’s selective inclusivity and called for genuine unity, urging them to extend their outreach beyond political boundaries. Post his address, the Yatra progressed towards Damoh in Gujarat, where a welcome ceremony for the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ awaited. The Rajasthan Congress President handed over the national flag to the Gujarat Congress President, symbolizing the Yatra’s arrival in Gujarat. Subsequently, the Yatra headed towards the camp for an overnight rest.

Day 55: March 08, 2024

Yatra began with a visit to the Kamboi Dham in Karath, Dahod District of Gujarat. As the procession moved forward, it reached Santroda, where a lunch break was arranged. After the lunch break, Rahul Gandhi’s roadshow started from Godhra. Thousands of people participated in the roadshow, with the slogans of ‘Rahul Gandhi Zindabad’ and ‘Congress Party Zindabad’ resonating in the entire region. After this address, the yatra proceeded towards Halol. A program was organized at the Congress Bhavan in Halol to welcome the Nyay Yatra and Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi. Following the event, the yatra moved forward. A roadshow led by Shri Rahul Gandhi commenced from the bus stand square in Halol. Following the address, the Nyay Yatra proceeded towards the night camp in Jambughoda, Panchmahal district. The Yatra will cover the Chhota Udaipur, Narmada, and Bharuch districts tomorrow.

Day 56: March 09, 2024

The 56th day of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ commenced from Chhota Udaipur in Gujarat, where a huge crowd joined the procession. The Congress’ ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ is garnering a grand welcome everywhere, standing against the Anyay of the Modi government. The yatra reached Rajpipla amidst a crowd of thousands. Shri Rahul Gandhi offered prayers and performed rituals in the famous Shri Harsiddhi Mata Temple in Rajpipla.After leaving the temple, the Nyay Yatra proceeded towards Bharuch. After Bharuch, the yatra headed towards Surat with a large crowd accompanying it. Rest arrangements for the night during the yatra were made in Surat.

Day 57: March 10, 2024

On the 57th day of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’, the yatra began in the Surat district with a meeting involving 40 MSME entrepreneurs associated with the textile industry and a delegation from the CA community. During this session, the delegation shared their concerns with Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi, pledging support for the movement against GST and demonetization. Following the meeting, the yatra commenced from Mandvi in the Surat district, progressing towards Bardoli. In Bardoli, Shri Rahul Gandhi paid homage to the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, at the historic Swaraj Ashram. Thousands of people joined Rahul Gandhi in Bardoli. After Surat, the yatra moved towards Vyara in the Tapi district. Here, Rahul Gandhi addressed a public meeting. After this speech, the yatra headed towards the rest camp. The yatra was only until the afternoon today, with a break planned for tomorrow. The yatra will resume on March 12 from Maharashtra. Day 58: March 11, 2024: Rest

After a day’s break, ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ commenced its 59th day from Nandurbar, Maharashtra. Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi was welcomed by participants to the Adivasi NyaySammelan (Adivasi community’s Holi festivities) organized at this stop. Upon arrival, Shri Rahul Gandhi initiated the Holi celebration by performing the HolikaDahan ritual. Here, the Gujarat Congress President handed over the national flag to the Maharashtra Congress President, marking the official entry of the yatra into Maharashtra. In his address, Shri Rahul Gandhi first elaborated on the concept of Adivasi and Vanvasi communities. Shri Rahul Gandhi concluded his speech by assuring the audience that the Congress Party would fulfil their rights over ‘Jal, Jangal and Zameen’.

Day 60: March 13, 2024

The 60th day of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ commenced in the Dhule district of Maharashtra, India. Following the tradition, Shri Rahul Gandhi initiated the Yatra with a roadshow. In Dhule, the Congress Party organized a conference for women, the MahilaMelawa Meeting. Congress President Shri Mallikarjun Kharge addressed the women at the conference via video conferencing. He made significant announcements regarding NaariNyay. Following the Congress President’s announcement, Shri Rahul Gandhi stepped onto the stage to address the audience. After his speech, the Yatra proceeded towards Malegaon. Here, the Congress leader performed worship at the renowned Hanuman temple in Malegaon and then embarked on a roadshow. Shri Rahul Gandhi addressed the public in Malegaon, launching a scathing attack on the central government. After this address, the journey proceeded towards the night camp that was set up near Malegaon.

Day 61: March 14, 2024

Congress leader and leader of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’, Shri Rahul Gandhi, convened a meeting with farmers in Chandvad, Nashik. Maharashtra leader Sharad Pawar also joined the rally to stand in solidarity with the farmers in their struggle against injustice. In his address, Shri Rahul Gandhi stated, ‘The foremost issue here is the price of onions. There is no debate about it in the national media. The media ignores the most significant issues of the nation – the issues of farmers, inflation, and unemployment. The Congress leader then announced five historic KisaanNyay guarantees to end injustice for farmers and their families. Then, the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ proceeded towards Trimbakeshwar. Here, the Congress leader performed puja and prayed for the well-being of the people of the country. After the prayer in the temple, the yatra headed towards Palghar for the night’s rest.

Day 62: March 15, 2024

The ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ started from Mokhada in the Palghar district of Maharashtra. Thousands of people joined the Nyay Yatra here, all distressed by the BJP’s injustices. After the roadshow, Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi addressed the public in Wada taluka of Palghar. He said, ‘In India, Anyay is being done to the poor, farmers, small businessmen, youth, and laborers. After this address, the yatra headed towards Thane. Thousands of people joined the procession in Thane, and a group of youth also embarked on the Yatra. The roadshow ended upon reaching Anand Dighe Chowk, and the Congress leader addressed the crowd gathered there. Encouraging the youth to participate in the battle for Nyay against Anyay, the Yatra set off towards the camp for overnight rest. After a Yatra of 6,600 kilometres across the country, it will reach Mumbai.

Day 63: March 16, 2024

The 63rd and final day of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ started today from Bhiwandi. Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi first paid homage to the pioneers of Indian history, including Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Babasaheb Ambedkar, Jyotiba Phule, Savitribai Phule, Shahu Maharaj, and Saint Tukaram. Then, the roadshow began, with thousands of people joining in. Shri Rahul Gandhi addressed the public in Thane, vehemently criticizing the central government and Narendra Modi. While Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi was making people aware of the BJP’s Anyays, Congress President Shri Mallikarjun Kharge was addressing a press conference in Bengaluru. Shri Kharge highlighted the Congress Party’s manifesto and its ‘PaanchNyay’. Along with this, the Congress President also announced ‘HissedariNyay’. He said, “Today, I am announcing the ‘Partnership Justice Guarantee’ of the Congress Party for all brothers and sisters of Dalits, Adivasis, Backward/ OBCs, Minorities, and the weaker sections across the country. In addition to this, Congress Secretary and Communication In-Charge Jairam Ramesh also wrote extensively on X (Formerly Twitter) about the PaanchNyay of the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’. After the lunch break, the yatra proceeded towards the city of Mumbai. Congress leader Smt. Priyanka Gandhi also joined the yatra here. Both siblings conducted a roadshow and then addressed the public. The Congress’ ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ started on January 14 from Manipur, after a historic yatra of 6,600 kilometers, the Nyay Yatra reached Mumbai in the evening. During his journey, Congress leader Shri Rahul Gandhi met millions of people. During this time, he addressed 15 public meetings and addressed the public at 70 locations.
